HARBOR SUITES BOUTIQUE HOTEL
It is the application of Ship building Theory to Boutique Hotel Design. Taking into account the building vicinity, the context of harbor and ship building, all of which are closely and historically related to Piraeus port provided the inspirational framework for the design concept
Situated in the economic heart of Piraeus, in the vicinity of the Economic University, the Harbor Suites is a boutique building property. It is introducing a new concept in the philosophy of short stay lodging, comprising 5 apartment suites of average size 32 square meters. The innovation of the design lies in the built-in wooden structure that is drawn like a polyline in the space accommodating all the functions and utilities maximizing comfort, privacy and ergonomics amounting to an apartment of 60 sq meters
The courtyard reminiscent of Greek traditional houses, is designed like a square with antique cement tiles offering a retreat for private yoga sessions and lounging away from the neighbourhood passers-by
